Andrea Deleon

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology and gender studies from the College of Charleston, Andrea completed her Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Counselor Education at the University of South Carolina. While working in a residential facility, Andrea developed a passion for helping hose struggling with trauma related mental health problems. She has experience working in all levels of care from residential to outpatient and is trained and well versed in multiple therapies, including EMDR, CPT,  DBT, Narrative Therapy and has completed certification in clinical anxiety treatment (CCATP). She is an avid reader, science enthusiast, and enjoys going to art and cultural events in the San Antonio area.
