Hello, I am a Texas coast native relocated to San Antonio. I am a Licensed
Professional Counselor of 4 years with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from University of
Houston-Victoria. I have training in EMDR, Sand Tray, Trauma, CBT, and DBT and utilize an eclectic approach to
counseling. I am also a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist.
My goal is to help relive your suffering;
whether you need help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or something else. I have worked in
psychiatric units, elementary schools, and residential settings. I believe that everyone can benefit from
