Paul Stephenson MA LPC

Associate Clinician

Paul is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the Corps of Cadets, Class of '94. After completing his Bachelor's degree, Paul accepted a commission and served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Paul later taught High School mathematics and coached Baseball and Cross Country as he married the love of his life and they started a family together. After an introduction to parenting with three children, Paul went back to school to earn his Masters in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas.

Paul has extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is working on further certification as a TEAM Therapist. The issues he works with most regularly are Anger, Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction. As a Navy veteran and a former teacher and coach, he has a great deal of experience working with men and adolescents from a variety of backgrounds. If you are looking for a counselor with a keen interest in hearing you, honoring you, and helping you find a way forward then he would count it an honor to work with you.

Paul's commitment is that his counseling will always be filled with both Grace and Truth.

When he is not counseling you will often find Paul on the road or trail, running or backpacking, with his wife or one of his children.
