Sarah was born and raised in San Antonio and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Sarah earned a masterʼs in clinical and mental health counseling in 2017 and is currently pursuing a
masterʼs in social work. She has experience working with homeless youth, children in foster care, adults
who aged out of foster care, integrative healthcare, and adult survivors of domestic violence. Sarah has
experience working with children as young as 3 through age 17 and adults.
Sarah is trained in TBRI and TF-CBT. Sarah enjoys learning about people, culture, and mental health. She has a passion for social justice and believes in utilizing a holistic approach that addresses both physical and mental health needs when working with clients.
Sarah loves traveling, trying new experiences, and spending time with her dog, Mowgli.
