Jessica obtained her Bachelorʼs degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and her Masterʼs degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

As a wife of 17 years to a retired Air Force officer and mother of two children, she loves to spend her free time going on adventures with her family. Jessica loves working in her yard, biking is an avid reader and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP II) with a focus on Complex PTSD and Dissociative disorders.

She started out as a School Counselor at the secondary level and has worked with many adolescent challenges. When she moved to private practice she began working with Military veterans, women who have faced sexual assault, and clients with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns.

She is LBGTQ friendly and believes that each personʼs experience is unique. Her hope is to work with her clients by trying to understand their goals and helping them discover healthier choices that will fit their morals, values, and belief systems.  Jessica would like to help clients find the light in times of struggle.
