IOP

Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment offers the option of joining from the comfort and privacy of your own home on your smartphone or laptop. You will attend group meetings, with no more than 8-12 in a group , for three days a week. Typically, the program lasts 12 weeks, depending on individual progression. Our team will walk you from your initial phone call to having you join your first meeting, to ensure you always have support.

Services Offered

Men's IOP

Many men do not like the idea of attending “group therapy,” which is why our groups go far beyond any stereotypes. We cover topics that are most relevant to males using a highly interactive format that leaves out therapy jargon. Men leave our program with less irritability, a greater understanding of how to deal with lifeʼs stress and a more confident sense of self.

Teens' IOP

Innova's Adolescent IOP is available to those aged 12-17. Our groups meet through a live video stream three evenings a week. Teens are much more likely to engage in this setting as it feels safe and protected and speaks to their lifestyle. Telehealth also eliminates the need for transportation, so parents don't need to take time off of work.
